The following are the terms and conditions for use (the "Terms") of the Landlord Angel web site (the "Site") and Landlord Angel services. Please read the Terms carefully.

By using the Landlord Angel Material (as defined below) you are deemed to accept the validity of and be bound by the Terms as stated herein without modification.

Except as expressly provided in these Terms, you agree to accept full responsibility for determining the value of and for any use you make of Landlord Angel Material, and for obtaining any needed assistance from a properly licensed solicitor to assess the value of and appropriate uses for any Landlord Angel Material.

You agree not to use Landlord Angel Material for any purpose which is against any law in your jurisdiction or for any purpose which would not give full effect to the Terms even if that purpose is otherwise allowed under the terms of this agreement.
You may view this site using a web browser for evaluation purposes as a potential customer or supplier.
5. Restrictions
To the maximum extent allowable under applicable law, except as explicitly identified in these terms, you agree not to publish, re-publish, lend, license, give away, look at the software source code, modify the software source code, post to an Internet web site, or use in an automated system any Landlord Angel Material, nor will you allow or assist a third party to do so. The rights granted under these Terms are granted to you only.
If you are an organization, a License or service purchase allows one individual within your organization to exercise the rights granted by these Terms. If multiple individuals within your organization require access, a License or service must be purchased for each individual. The appointed individual may not be changed.
Landlord Angel retains the right to prohibit organisations, groups, or individuals from using its websites or Landlord Angel Material at its discretion.
6. Assignment
This agreement cannot be assigned.
7. Ownership of Intellectual Property
Landlord Angel DOES NOT transfer to you title to any copy, or original, of the documents or any other Landlord Angel Material. All ownership, copyright and other intellectual property rights to any Landlord Angel Material belongs solely to Landlord Angel and its suppliers except as expressly licensed in these Terms.
Without reducing or restricting any other remedies that Landlord Angel may be entitled to, you agree that to the extent allowable under applicable law any automated system using any Landlord Angel Material will be the property of Landlord Angel.

9. LIMITED WARRANTIES
Except as expressly provided in these Terms, to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Landlord Angel Material is provided "as is" without any kind of warranty.
You accept full responsibility for determining whether Landlord Angel Material is suitable for any particular purpose and for protecting yourself against any possible consequential damages.
Except as expressly provided in these Terms, we are not responsible for any loss, injury, claim, liability, damage, or consequential damage related to your use of Landlord Angel Material, or for inaccessibility of Landlord Angel Material whether from errors or omissions in the content of Landlord Angel Material or any other linked sites or for any other reason. The user agrees to indemnify and hold Landlord Angel, its directors, officers and employees, harmless from any claim, demand, or damage, including legal fees, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of the user's use of the Site or Landlord Angel Material.
13. Modification to Terms
Landlord Angel reserves the right to change the Terms or policies regarding the use of the Site at any time and to notify you by updating the Site. Other terms and conditions are only valid when signed in writing by an authorized Landlord Angel officer
14. Severability

15. Whole Agreement
The Terms and the Site’s Disclaimer constitute the whole agreement between you and No Money Down Ltd which is the owner of the Landlord Angel Material, brand and trademark.
16. Waivers
No failure or delay, on the part of Landlord Angel, in exercising any right or power under these Terms will operate as a waiver of such right or power.
17. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England & Wales, and each of the parties submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

All information is provided here on a best endeavour basis. We take no responsibility whatsoever for the content, nor for any errors or omissions therein.
19. Agreement
The use of the Website constitutes your acceptance, without modification, to the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this Agreement. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you should not use any of the documents or information contained herein and you should leave the Website immediately.
20. Legal Advice
The documents are standard styles only and require to be personalised to suit your own specific circumstances. In addition, the law is subject to change, and while the lawyers who have drafted the documents have taken every care in ensuring the accuracy of their content, the information contained in the documents will, during the passage of time, become outdated. 21. Document Assembly & Date Calculation
Landlord Angels online form includes a document assembly wizard. When used it will automatically produce a document based on the information you have entered. The wizard is unable to determine whether the information you have entered makes legal, grammatical or numerical sense and it is your responsibility to ensure that the details entered are accurate. The documents are provided in a PDF format which must be printed and completed by hand.
22. Use of Landlord Angel Service
You should ensure that any information supplied by you is correct before proceeding to payment. Landlord Angel does not accept responsibility or offer refunds if you provide incorrect information. It is also your responsibility to select the correct governing law where documents are separated into those governed by the law of England and Wales and those governed by the law of Scotland. We cannot be held responsible for any errors made by you in selecting the wrong jurisdiction or entering incorrect information.
23. Complaints
For complaints about our service or any Landlord Angel product please contact us at info@landlordangel.co.uk. We shall endeavour to respond to complaints within 2 working days.
24. Severance
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
25. General
Your statutory rights are not affected.
